Yes. We work remotely with clients across East Africa, the wider continent, and internationally. For video production projects that require a physical shoot in Nairobi, travel costs outside the city are discussed and agreed in advance. All communication, approvals, and delivery happen digitally.
We cap active projects deliberately to protect quality. For monthly retainers, we take a maximum of 3 active clients per quarter. For project-based work, capacity varies — which is why early enquiry is recommended. If we're at capacity, we'll tell you honestly and put you on a waitlist.
USD provides a stable reference point for both local and international clients, and many of the tools, software, and platforms we use are priced in USD. Payments can be made in KES at the prevailing rate on the day of invoice — we accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and Paystack.

Standard structure is 50% deposit upfront before work begins, and 50% on delivery. For larger projects (above $5,000), we can arrange milestone-based payments split into thirds. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month.
We offer a 10% discount on annual retainer commitments paid upfront. For NGOs, social enterprises, and youth-led creative businesses in Kenya, we consider discounted rates on a case-by-case basis — reach out and tell us about your work.

Timelines are confirmed in your project proposal and depend on how quickly feedback and approvals come from your side.
Revision rounds depend on the package — typically 2–3 rounds are included and clearly stated in your proposal. A "revision round" means consolidated feedback submitted in one batch, not individual back-and-forth requests. Additional revision rounds beyond what's included are billed at an agreed hourly or day rate.
Rush delivery is available for most services. A rush surcharge of 25–40% applies depending on how compressed the timeline is. Contact us first to check current capacity — we won't take a rush project we can't execute properly.
No — and this misconception costs brands money. AI tools accelerate production and reduce cost, but the quality of output depends entirely on creative direction, prompt engineering, post-production, and brand understanding. We've generated campaigns with AI that outperformed traditionally shot content. The tools are irrelevant — the creative thinking behind them is what matters.
You do. Upon receipt of full payment, all creative deliverables — files, footage, designs, and source assets — transfer to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing before project commencement.
Yes — for design projects, source files (Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) are included in Professional and Premium packages. For video, we deliver the final export; raw footage and project files are available for an additional archiving fee. For web projects, you receive full access to the codebase and CMS.
